For doctorates, candidates up to 30 years of age from developing or industrialized countries are accepted. And this age limit must be until the selection period. Student selection generally takes place in April, so if you turn 26 or 31 in March you will no longer be eligible. 2. Nationality and residence The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is exclusively for foreign students. For this reason, French students or those who have French nationality cannot compete. Furthermore, international students who are already residing in France cannot apply for the scholarship during their master's degree . For the doctorate, students outside France will have priority. 3. Origin of the application Only applications submitted by French institutions will be accepted.
