The Bodosaki Foundation, having set as a strategic pillar the strengthening of Civil Society, launched Social Dynamo in 2017. The Foundation's initiative is implemented in collaboration with the Municipality of civil society organizations and groups, focusing on training, professional support and networking. In this concerted effort of organizational empowerment, the availability of coaching services to nonprofit executives is critical as it maximizes their potential for the benefit of society. HCA / EMCC Greece was founded in 2009, and one of its goals is to contribute to the support and strengthening of the purpose and proper functioning of organizations that play an important social role. In this context, it has developed since 2011 the "Solidarity Coaching" action, which includes the voluntary and free provision of coaching sessions by HCA members to executives of non-governmental-non-profit organizations such as the hosted organizations of Social Dynamo.
